ubuntu 20.04 fingerprint not recognised

ubuntu 20.04, lenovo yoga thinkpad l13
when i try to enable the fingerprint login i get this message:
"Could not access any fingerprints readers"
if i type lsusb in the terminal the list I get has no fingerprint scanners.
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

 it seems that the problem has not been solved yet but, as you said, now I have the device id so I can follow any solution in the future.
