How to get icon for Force Quit on Ubuntu 20.04?

On 20.04 I need the Force Quit icon, like on 19.10 and 18.04? What do I need to do, to get it on screen? The reason, I need it, is because, Gweled doesn't shutdown when you click the X button. On 18.04 and earlier, it did. On 19.10 and 20.04 does not shutdown.

Just press ALT + F2 and run:

xkill

You can then click the application you want to end on any part of the application. Does this solve the issue? I guess you could make a launcher for it so you can click it....
