[Feature Request] Add Bedtime Mode

Asked by Asif Sanjary

Android OS has Bedtime features. Same Bedtime features can be useful for Ubuntu Desktop.

Feature of Bedtime can be:

1. Turn on Bedtime Mode everyday/specific days for a specific period of time.
2. Turn on Gray Scale Display.
3. Turn on Don't Disturb Mode (Turn off all notifications and sounds) or Turn off Selected App Notifications
4. Turn on Night Light Mode
5. A User can create or choose several Bedtime Profiles, based on
        1. Specific period of sleep start and end time
        2. Level of Gray Scale Display or Night Light Color Temperature
        3. Don't Disturb Mode On
        4. Specific Application Notification On/Off

You can probably script some of this. I don't know about the display stuff but you can certainly set volumes to zero using a script. If you are using Gnome Shell there may be an add on.

I suggest you report a bug and mark it as a feature request.

Why would you want greyscale display at all? Sounds weird
