The Mouse is geting intermittent sudden frozen more often.

Asked by Jamal Sarraf

The Mouse is not behaving normally. The Mouse is geting intermittent sudden frozen more often.
I have to reset the "Hover click" and the "Simulated Secondary click" found in the Tab of "Pointing and clicking" in the "Universal Access". Their Setting Rail turns red by itself as soon as I close the setting.

Does the system have a make and model?
Does the mouse have a make and model or is it a touch pad?
If its a USB mouse have you tested all ports?
Have you tried the same mouse in a different system?
Have you tried a different mouse in the system you are using? Does it behave the same?
Do you have the latest BIOS?

Details please...
