How do I go back to Ubuntu 8.04?

Asked by Tiz

I was so happy with Ubuntu 8.04. I decided to update to Ubuntu 9.04 and now I have lots and lots of problems with both my computers. How can I go back to Ubuntu 8.04?

format and reinstall. what you should really do is post your questions and people will answer them. if you want to go back to 8.04 reinstall ubuntu with a cd and dotn erase your home partition that is if you put your home on a separate partition. if nto then you will lose everything. i suggest you create threads about your problems and people will help you

Hi Tiz

I had the same problem and I went back to 8.04. And 8.04 is great *lol. Burn a disc and install it. But take care: you have to save your home directory.
