Slow ethernet speed on RTL8168 REV 16 and Ubuntu 20

Asked by JoiHap

I'm getting slow download ethernet speeds on Ubuntu 20. On previous 19.10 version didn't have any issue. I'm pretty sure is related to the driver or kernel.

I've tried DKMS driver backlisting r8169, I've also tried kernel 5.6 with or without DKMS driver. No luck :(

Do you mean Ubuntu 20.04 or 20.10 ? There is no "Ubuntu 20". It doesn't exist.
