What file system is it using?
How did you mount it (If it mounts OK)?
What is the output of:

sudo parted -l; mount | grep -v tmpfs; lsb_release -a; uname -a

Thanks

forgive me, now I have lost my work. Apparently I thought my hard drive was back after disconnecting and reconnecting harddrive and then there was an issue with boot device not found and instead of wiping my SSD that contained OS , I wiped the hard disk, poetic I know, Now just tell me, how I can view my SSD, now my HDD is working perfectly fine with no data ofcourse,....

How do you want to progress the question? You can restore your data from your backups (if you have them.... if your data is valuable to you then you'll have backups....right?)

Thanks Andrew! yeah I recovered the data from backups. Now SSD is not being detected but I guess I've to deal with hardware. No worries. All good here. My apologises I took too much of your time!
