Upgrade 18.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS Ubuntu OS

Home built PC run Ubuntu 18.04LTS OS.

I have an update set to inform me if a new LTS version is available.

I did see somewhere that this release was frozen.

Do you know when this update will be available?

You won't see Focal until the first point release (Ubuntu 20.04.1) once that is released then your install will offer the upgrade to Focal

Users of Ubuntu 19.10 will be offered an automatic upgrade to 20.04 LTS
via Update Manager shortly. Users of 18.04 LTS will be offered the
automatic upgrade when 20.04.1 LTS is released, which is scheduled for
July 23rd.
