Place your Ubuntu CD into the CD player and reboot your computer.

When the "Live Session" has loaded, you will be given the option of installing Ubuntu.

You can also select "Install" from the initial start-up menu.

Select automatic partitioning and dedicate the whole drive to Ubuntu.

That is all there is to it.
