I suggest you report a bug. Focal is still in development. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner than later

You have to be aware that you are limiting the number of persons who might become aware of your bug if you set it to private.
The problem has already been made public (see the CVE numbers), so I do not see any advantage in restricting access to the bug report.
