I am unable to watch DVD

When I try to open a DVD in Totem it closes. I do not know how to correct this.

this is illegal in the usa and france

but it works blame those stupid proprietary people

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/install-css.sh

alternative you could use the mediabuntu repo
