difficulty completing wired connection

sign into router from umbuntu network requires understanding all those questions. Is there a tutorial so I can use my wired internet connection?

The distribution is called Ubuntu, not Umbuntu.

By default the Ethernet connection will pick up DHCP. If you set the interface to DHCP (if you have attempted to configure it) then it’ll work
