19.10 Seems not stable

I tried different application which were working fine in 18.04 and not working in 19.10 e.g. Citrix Receiver video editors like VidCutter, Avidemux OPen SHot etc and libraries issue for other applications too.

Rolling back to 18.04

Can you please provide details about things not working in Ubuntu 19.10?

If I take VidCutter from https://launchpad.net/~ozmartian/+archive/ubuntu/apps as an example: The program versions for Ubuntu 18.04 and 19.10 are identical, so why should it work on one release, but not the other?
For Citrix Receiver this seems to apply as well.

Citrix is Citrix..... Sounds like an issue with the receiver. Citrix is OS agnostic as long as the receiver can be installed etc
