Speaker volume goes up and down by itself

When I play some songs or video on youtube or watch netflix, the volume fluctuates by itself. Mostly it goes to low volume then comes back up in a while and goes to low again.

However it doesn't happen when using a headphone.

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh
