This seems more a problem of Virtualbox and Windows, and not an Ubuntu problem.

What are the contents of the directory C:\Users\Wojte\VirtualBox VMs\ubuntu18.04\ ?

Is there a file named ubuntu18.04.vbox-prev ?
Then you could try renaming ubuntu18.04.vbox to ubuntu18.04.vbox-broken and rename ubuntu18.04.vbox-prev to ubuntu18.04.vbox
Maybe the VM starts then.
