You have to be in root. What does the command : zpool import -m -R /mnt save
Try this command, a slim maybe-> Restart computer.
Are you able to open a Terminal and log in as root ?
CTRL + ALT + T

press Ctrl + Alt + F3 on your keyboard. Ubuntu will drop out of the graphical login screen and into a black and white terminal. Enter your username in the prompt, then provide your password when asked.

Advanced filesystem called ZFS. ZFS is able create vast storage pools across multiple disks and supports creating filesystem snapshots, de-duplicating files, and compression. Making it possible to run ZFS as the root filesystem is an experimental feature planned for Ubuntu 19.10.

Can you help with this problem?
