Is there any way to turn on Notification when battery is charged Full?

for all laptop users when the laptop is changed like 100% then a pop up is needed to ensure that the battery had been charged completely which actually can increase the battery life

Bottom Left screen Show Applications Click --> In the Search Box Type: Battery -->
Click on Ubuntu software 14 more on the screen. --> Scroll down to the bottom of the list.
Look for: Full Battery Indicator --> Click on
[Notifies when battery is full. Like when your computer notifies low battery, but for full battery.]
--> Click on Install. This is a Gnome Extension Shell. It is a Snap package. --> Restart computer.
