Error while "configuring pollinate user-agent on target"

I'm installing Ubuntu Server on a Dell XPS 8910. While installing, when it reaches the pollinate user-agent on target, it errors. The logs can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/ExApUW1
I am able to still boot into ubuntu, but it says "localhost.localdomain login:` and none of my accounts seem to work. Need an answer asap! Thanks!

Possibly upgrade the BIOS, may help
