how to recover a mint linix system and make it perm ?

my mint linix system 19 got zapped and i can recover it , however it does not stay recovered ?

Mint isn't supported by the Ubuntu community or Canonical in any way. Its support community is entirely separate from Ubuntu's so is not supported here

None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported here.
