19.10 Screen Disrupt and sometimes black screen with SS

Asked by Huseyin ISIK

Hello. I updated Ubuntu from 19.04 to 19.10. But I am constantly experiencing distortions on the screen. These distortions can appear when I take a screenshot.
However, sometimes the computer switches to a black screen and there is only a pointer on the black screen. As soon as it changes to the black screen, I have to restart the computer.
I couldn't solve these two problems.
Also my bluetooth devices wont work on ubuntu. Sometimes that will connect and wont play the sounds. Sometimes wont connect.
My laptop is 'Lenovo Thinkpad E585 20KV000ATX'

I also suggest you test your RAM health. We need to isolate the possibilities
