After Ubuntu 18.04 reboot it shows blink

Hello, i am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64 bit into Desktop clone PC. Everything was working fine but from 2 weeks i am facing a problem which shows repeatedly. When i complete "Things to do after install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS" and reboot PC i see my ubuntu logo screen blinking. Need help to resolve this.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to ask your question. I have a couple of follow up questions on top of what's already been asked:
After the Ubuntu logo blinks, are you able to login and use the system as normal? Also, can you please let us know what graphics card you are using? If you are uncertain, you can run "sudo lshw -C video | grep product:" from a terminal.
