Why dhclient.conf supersede domain-name-servers doesn't work on Ubuntu 19.10?

Hi there.

Since i upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10 2 months ago the dhclient.conf is not respected. I want to use dnscrypt-proxy and the dhcp doesn't override received dns server

What is the output of:

apt-cache policy dnscrypt-proxy; lsb_release -a; uname -a

It is a GUI OS, standard Ubuntu 19.10 installation.

If you set the interface to DHCP (IP only) you can specify your own DNS servers using the Network Manager GUI
