libqt4-designer and no libqt4-designer-dev package?

I see that libqt4-designer is installable, but I found no corresponding libqt4-designer-dev package (i.e., the one with header files). This is required, for instance, to build qt4 eclipse integration from sources...
could you please insert this package in the distribution?

The source package is:

Download Source Package qt4-x11

This may give what you need. I searched my apt cache and couldnt find a -dev package as you say.
