Cannot find gnome-network-admin package

Recently I installed ubuntu 8.10 from live CD. Also new linux user. I cannot find Network menu, so try 'sudo apt-get install gnome-network-admin'. An error message 'cannot find gnome-network-admin package'. Please help me.

It should be in the Universe repository. Is that enabled in your install?
