New version not look like a new

At the login face is different and nothing new is added and it work slow compare to old version.
How to make more fast make graphically look better also provide how to get rational rose software for ubuntu.
Because Umbrello does not work properly.

sory mate would need more info is quite unsure
but i think you mean dif of 8,10 and 9,04 and nothing bit gui like have happened but a lot of the software have higher version numbers
