firefox bookmark transfer after changing to kubuntu

Asked by Klaus Schreiber

Hi,

I installed kubuntu 18.04 instead of OpenSuse. I've still got the old system in a separate partition (i.e.personal folder).
What's the easiest way to get all my bookmarks from the old into my new Firefox ?

Klaus

One method is to: Go to your bookmarks select one bookmark- right click- select properties- copy & paste name and URL to an e-mail to your self and send it. This way too you have a copy of all of your URL's and they are now as hyperlinks safe in your E-mail folder. It helps if you Distro-Hop like I do.
