how can I install 18.04 again?

 lenowo ideapad 110, 18.04
As I cannot get repaired a softwareproblem, I want to redo the installation.
I have a stick that I used to install this 18.04 system and the iso file.
I don't know to start.

Hello masesi -

Not knowing the current partitioning on the drive, the simple things is:
Set in bios to boot the liveUSB -
Boot the liveUSB-
Then choose the option "wipe disk and install ubuntu"
Do not forget in your haste to copy off your personal data, before re-installing !
