to upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04 in update manager how much size(mb) has to be downloaded.please tell me the exact size of download.

The download size depend on the software you have installed in your system. It can go from a couple megabyte to more than a gigabyte.

You can see that yourself in your update manager. At the beginning of the update procedure, you will see the exact download size. You can cancel if you feel it's too much and prefer do it from elsewhere.
