Cannonical livepatch is not giving me a token

Asked by Kanishk Shah

So Livepatch was giving me an internal error.
sudo canonical-livepatch refresh gave no errors .
<a href="https://askubuntu.com/questions/849904/livepatch-enable-not-found" >Refering to this I decided to do a reinstall</a>.
I uninstalled rebooted reinstalled livepatch.
Only thing missing is the token for activation.
The website that issues it https://auth.livepatch.canonical.com/ requested me to login to my ubuntu one account.
I have selected the ubuntu user option on there.
After giving login credentials I'm getting an error:

We are currently unable to retrieve the requested key. Please try again later.

And I did retry 5-6 times over the course of a few hours. However it still shows this.
Am I doing something wrong? Intuitively it feels their server may be down but I can chat with their general help chat section

I'm sorry If I'm unable to convey things in the right manner, this is my first time using this , I don't even know how to upload images lol.

What is the O.S. and version of it ? Certain Versions of Ubuntu do not use the livepatch option. Is this O.S. on a hard drive or a live USB ?
