Not all drives mounting

Just did a fresh install of Ubuntu (returning to Linux after a long absence) and not running it in a dual boot scenario and it has only loaded 2 of my 3 NTFS portioned drives ?

All drives and cables are solid as it appears in the bios and boot sequence also all drives are running off the MB not on a separate ext card or swap box etc

Run a full chkdsk on the file system (in Windows) that isn't mounting as a good starting point
