Open Office Quickstarter option missing

Asked by John Rose

I don't know if this happened after upgrade from hardy to intrepid or after upgrade from intrepid to jaunty. I installed Open Office 3.0 from ppa as it wasn't on ubuntu repositories. Then I decided to go back to 2.4 and did that. When 3.0 came into ubuntu repositories, I installed it. Since then, the quickstarter option on the memory dialog after selecting Tools Options menu entry is not displayed! Any idea as to how to bring it back?

The Quickstarter is part of the "openoffice.org-gtk" package.

You should look if it is installed (in synapics f.e.).
And if not... install it. :-)
