OpenSSL bug for Ubuntu 16.04 ?

Asked by Bala on 2019-11-21

Hi,

Trying to understand if there is a workaround for the error below:

symbol X509_check_host, version OPENSSL_1.0.2 not defined in file libcrypto.so.1.0.0 with link time reference

without upgrading the current openssl version?

Underlying OS is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (xenial).

Openssl version is 1.0.2g.
