How do I change the Font color of desktop shortcuts?

Asked by Allan Caeg

For some reason, my desktop shortcuts' font color is not very readable.

The default color is white with a black border. As for my desktop shortcuts, it gray with a black border, which is not very readable.

I want to put it back to how it was. How do I change the Font color of my desktop shortcuts?

I am using Kubuntu Feisty.

In the Fonts configuration menu, all I can change is Font Face, Font Style and Font size. Font Color is not there.

If you use Kubuntu go to KMenu->System Settings. Then goto Look & Feel -> Appearance. There you can change any style option in the theme.

I hope this helps.

Perhaps Janke's answer works for Kubuntu but Caleb's response does not provide an answer for Ubuntu 9.10. There is no menu item System>Preferences>Font.
Going to System>Preferences>Appearance and then going to the Fonts tab does not work either. You can change the font type and size but not the colour.

Can you help with this problem?
