VM is not starting in virtual box

ERROR: VT-x /AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Your 64-bit guest will fail to detect a 64bit CPU and will not be able to boot.

From your error description I can say you need to "enable virtual hardware in BIOS"

Try pressing F2 / F10 to enter at BIOS startup, then go to system configuration tab in BIOS and enable "Virtualization technology", save changes and then reboot system. Your problem should be by gone by now.
