Getting weird video . . Small Ubuntu 19.04 in upper left hand corner

About 3 different video's coming up on start up . . Getting the tiny Ubuntu 19.04 in upper 1/4 of screen then for the next 3 or 4 times i get a Blank screen which goes from light to dark and back and forth . . then just every now and then the normal screen with Ubuntu and red to with dots and back and forth

Do you mean the boot splash, before the login page?

The screen which come up on pushing the ON / POWER button . . Beyond the hit Esc for boot menu !

Yes, that's the boot splash. It's not a video. Does the system boot OK despite these things?

yes and when I get NORMAL Splash screen it takes a lot less time to boot other wise about 3 plus minutes to boot
