Create a PDF report from a URL

I want to capture the Status of a URL (localhost) via Cron, and then Email it to the Administrator.

How do I convert a webpage to a PDF from the command line? I would like Cron to generate the PDF without having to have a browser read the URL and then selecting Print and convert to PDF.

Is this possible?

You can use the convert command in imagemagick to make any document into a PDF

OK, I understand the Document to PDF conversion, but I am asking about converting a webpage (not a document) into a PDF.
