I found the torrents here
http://www.pcds.fi/downloads/operatingsystem/ubuntubased/UBUNTU/archive/xubuntu/1404LTS/xubuntu.1404.html

Why such an old release? 14.04 is end of normal support (for users)
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

I can recommend Bionic (Ubuntu 18.94) which is LTS and supported until April 2023.

As long as it passes MD5 test from the official site etc then it's OK. Again, a newer release will probably be better
