1. I have 2 monitors Full HD and 4k. Is possible to open graphics window on other monitor ?
2.I can open graphics with maximum 800X600, is possible to work with higher resolution ?

Seems you are using a high res in the virtual system as indicated by the asterisk. Did you install the guest additions?
