OpenOffice ISO charset problem

I have problems with using OpenOffice 2.0.2-2ubuntu1 (Ubuntu Dapper) with
ISO8859-2 charset files and locales. OO opens files correctly but than writes
them with different coding - probably UTF8.

I found no options in tools->options for changing this behaviour, so you
should file a bug about this.

Can you help with this problem?
