9.4 relaese will not fined wireless or wired cards from the live cd

Asked by w.monks

Just downloaded the 9.4 64 latest release, Booted the live cd up, on a Toshiba Satellite P205D-S7802 its not finding the wireless card or the wired network card connection, My plan is to have a Virtual system Vista and Linux,

My plan also it to promote Ubuntu by demonstrating with a live CD/DVD and a Jump Drive so how do I get around this problem, by the way I'm no programmer, using the terminal is double dutch to me

I have also installed 9.4 x86 on a pentium 4 2.4 this has found the wired network and I am now using it, Next how do I get compiz working? it is not showing in the menus and neither is emerald

With Sabayon 4.0 Linux everything works with no problems Multi desktop choices from the login page, compiz works with no messing about. everything is setup on installing it Ubuntu's team need to catch up with Sabayon
