Via 8.10 from 8.04 to 9.04

Hi
Via 8.10 I upgraded from 8.04 to 9.04. Now I've a problem.
The screen resolution is not correct. In 8.04 I used 1200 " 800. Already in 8.10 the resolution was wrong.
And I don't have anymore an entry called Screen Resolution in System > Preferences ???? Where can I change the resolution?
