both rufus (laster 3.8) and USBWriter can't write ubuntu-server 18.04.3 LTS since rufus the hash is bad

Hello Dear IT support,

both rufus (laster 3.8) and USBWriter can't write ubuntu-server 18.04.3 LTS since rufus the hash is bad,

I donwloaded from ovh mirror where I have checked that the hash is bad,

How can I installed ubuntu server 18.04.3 on my linux system raid one if both usb writer programs can't write the usbpen ?
