slow keystroke reaction and repaint in Ubuntu 19.10
Hi. Just upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10 from a working 19.04.
A few problems arises on my Yoga S940.
1) keystrokes very often takes a while to make the character appear on screen, there's a significan lag. This happens mostly at the first keystroke after a pause, while typing continously is rarely affected at all.
2) Repaint issue on all applications. Can't describe this better, but we're all familiar when the UI just do not repaint... it takes a while or I have to switch tabs back and forth to see the updated screen
3) Sometimes the touchpad does not work at all. I have to shutdown and restart. Not: reboot often does not fix it, just actual shutdown and restart works.
4) mic does not work at all, not detected
5) sound volume is very low
Now, issue 5 was present also in 19.04, but 1-4 are brand new after upgrading to 19.10.
Of course, 1 and 2 are the most annoying, a deal breaker.
I've disabled the experimental fractional scaling which was working very nice with external monitor with 19.04, to be sure it's not its problem.
I attach infi -F and gsettings list-recursively output.
I'd be happy to help debug 1/2 mostlly before giving up.
