Upgrade to 19.10

I upgraded my 19.04 with kernel with 5.3 a ND my kde to 5.16.5. will the upgrade 19.10 effect my system?

As far as I can see Ubuntu 19.10 currently contains kernel 5.3 and kde 5.16.5.
I do not expect that there is much difference with respect to that software, but probably with other packages.
Just as an example: LibreOffice 6.2 will be upgraded to 6.3.
