Does the system have a make and model?
Is the OS fully updated?
Do you have the latest BIOS?
Are you using a platter based drive or an SSD?

Details please....

I'm using Ubuntu on Lenovo Ideapad 330 Ryzen 5 Quad Core - (8 GB DDR4 RAM/1 TB HDD).
OS is fully updated.
How do I check if BIOS are updated, or if not how to update the BIOS?
Laptop is having typical platter drive.

Seems you are using the open source video driver. If you use the proprietary driver it may help.

I tried using proprietary driver driver, but then the system was crashing. Therefore I removed the driver.
Can you help me installing the proprietary driver as I'm new to Linux OS.
