… and what is Ahummmmm?

Please provide more details about the "password that has been deleted"

Which password are you talking about?
And it what sense has it been "deleted"?

Do you mean that auto-fill does no more work in Firefox for a certain password value of a specific web page?

Have you read http://mzl.la/1QTGGxf to understand how Firefox is managing stored web page passwords?

Maybe you have inadvertently initiated a new empty Firefox profile. The Firefox help pages on the web tell how to look for your profiles.

When it did this i was running Windows inside of Virtual Box and just glanced at the things the "Up Date" was doing.. As I was installing crap in Windows to get Sketchup running so i could make parts for the 3D printer . . So Fire Fox IN UBUNTU was NOT EVEN RUNNING
So I could not have told it to delete all passwords and ID's from the place in fire fox it is kept at . . I deleted the folder contents of Fire fox FOLDER and COPYIED THE contents of the folder on the BACKUP-3 drive to that folder and TA DA ALL PASSWORDS AND ID WERE BACK . .

This is a technical forum. Please leave such "pleasantriesc" out in future. It has zero value to your question.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Lynne Stevens for more information if necessary.
