cannot open system file

After doing regular sudo apt upgrade, my laptop become partially paralyzed.
I can't open File Manager, Terminal, and other basic app.

The problem is here: Chrome Remote Desktop. It messed your Nautilus Directories.
For you who have the same problem, do this.
