System program problem - password -root -access denied -WHY ?

It all begin with Python lacking MP3 - HENCE NO SOUND in rhytmbox
access " Python -website " ? FAT CHANCE

2 - Then there were the PASSWORDS barrier each time i write "sudo " on TERMINAL
      Yet ...I could NOT have forgoten P.W. since they are all written down in my memos

3 - system program went in third position ...although i did not care anymore for " system vagaries "

4 - Last , not least all links broke from thunderbird - firefox browser - and mail service stopped altogether

SORRY PALS - I GUESS THIS MESSAGE SHOULD READ BY UBUNTU TEAM

i wish i could now reinstall old windows XP - which i though of leaving for ever and good
