Dektec card DTA-115 doesn't get loaded under /dev/dvb/adapter0

Hi

Have installed 18 04 version. Added Tuner capture card DTA-115.

Related drivers are installed from Dektec support site:
https://www.dektec.com/downloads/SDK/#linux

After driver installation i get /dev/Dta0 however /dev/dvb/adapter0 am unable to create.

lspci output shows

/dev/dvb/adapter0 is missing.

/dev/Dta0 is available

Have you tried manually creating a link

sudo ln /dev/Dta0 /dev/dvb/adapter0

link can create /dev/dvb/adapter0 however system unable to load it as a active listener.
