at upgraded 19.04, kernel5; I lost network and apt/ifconfig

after I upgrade from 18.10 to 19.04; when I choose linux kernel 5.0(instead of 4.18); it lost apt/ifconfig and network; actually
at beginning boot default(not touch/or push any choice buttom), it won't reach login prompt. and poweroff or restart from
there is be stick at ubuntu five small circle flush forever/ unless I plug my power wire of my pc, to make it off.(image kernel 4.18
all work fine just like 18.10 before I upgrade)
